Description
Audit Judo* is a "lessons learned" type of event from the hundreds of events / audits / interviews that I have participated in or experienced with others. Focused on both the auditor and auditee it aims at creating a mutually conducive atmosphere for both parties, and reduces the adversarial tension that is typical to most audits.
The session will involve a few scenarios with role playing followed by a dissection to understand the why's of the outcomes.
Suggested participants: Auditors, Auditees, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Design staff, Doc Control, and managers / directors of such functions in Life Science Industries
