Kathleen Weron is a management-side employment attorney with over 30 years of experience advising and defending employers on workplace compliance, government investigations, and employment litigation. She represents employers in a wide range of federal and state statutory claims, including whistleblower actions, and provides strategic counsel on occupational safety and health issues, I-9 compliance, and workforce risk management.
Kathleen has extensive experience representing employers during inspections and investigations conducted by the Department of Labor, Department of Justice, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Utah Labor Commission. She regularly works with business in the life sciences and manufacturing sectors to strengthen compliance practices and navigate regulatory scrutiny.
